Auto Expert

I had to have a battery replaced at another store. I was told by the fellow that put the new battery in that I had some badly worn belts that I needed to get replaced a.s.a.p. They didn't do that type of work at his shop. A friend referred me to Auto Expert, saying she won't take her car anywhere else. I was told about the bad belts in the early afternoon on a Sunday. Knowing that shop would be closed, I called to leave a vm to hopefully get in on Monday. The owner answered the phone & said he'd be there for a couple of hours & to come by:) He said the belts could go at any time & he wouldn't have time to look at it on Monday, but he would take his time on Sunday to do the work so I wouldn't be concerned about driving my car & having one of the belts break & leave me stranded!!! I was pleasantly shocked at his offer & then his bill for the work was very reasonable!! So my friends referral was a real blessing & now I know why she won't take her car anywhere else!! Same with me now!! You can count on excellent customer service, fair pricing & satisfaction!!
