They fixed my teeth fine BUT they told me something would for sure be covered under my insurance and now I am paying a $400 bill. That my not be much to some people but when you planned on it being free. . I am still paying on it. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER GO BACK WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Can I give less than one star? This place is awful. They do not care about their customers, my grandmother came in to get work done on her dentures and it have a tooth pulled. The pulling went fine, but the dentures were completely messed up. Two teeth were sticking up making her look like a bulldog when she smiled, and they were jamming into her gums. My poor grandmother was so embarrassed when she came to visit me that she did not want to go out because of how awful they made her look. She called them only requesting them to fix the dentures and to give her money back just for the dentures (not the extraction) and they refused to give her money back. No customer service, or care. She is approaching 80 years old and she doesn't have a lot of money so when she forks money over for something like this it hurts her financially, then this company takes advantage of her. WORST PLACE IN CHATTANOOGA, DO NOT GO HERE!
