At first I thought it was a good experience. Seth helped us pick out a dining table and 8 chairs, which we bought after applying for a Ashley card. However, they gave us a wrong last time on the card. And Ashley refuses to change it to our actual last name. AND they gave us the run around about delivering our furniture. We got an email that it was going to be delivered the next day. Then I had a phone message that only 4 of the 6 chairs would be delivered (we ordered 8). And I called them back and they said that was a mistake; all would be delivered. Then my husband called. They didn't answer the phone at first, but when they did, they said they were not going to be delivered and they couldn't tell us when they would be. There was no supervisor and the store could not get in touch with the warehouse. It was all so frustrating. We ended up cancelling the order. Customer service was NOT helpful. We wasted several hours and a credit check on Ashley furniture. What a waste- now we have to start over with our furniture shopping. And I was planning on buying more things from them, but after this experience, I will not.

The WORST! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I went to buy a couch, bed and three piece table set a month ago. I paid an extra $120 to receive my bed for an earlier date, and when it arrived the box spring was broken. The store put in a work order and a man arrived a month later to take a picture of the damage. I got a call a few days later that he took the "wrong photo" and that ANOTHER person would be coming out in ANOTHER MONTH to take ANOTHER photo. Still living with the broken bed. I ordered a set of three tables which upon delivery, were the wrong tables. It took them a week to call me back. I wanted to cancel the order because I found the tables cheaper somewhere else. Of course they tried to make me repay a stocking fee for the tables that THEY GOT WRONG. I'm still fighting them on all of these issues and it's been over a month. They said they would repay me my delivery fees and of course they have not. DO NOT GO HERE. They seem friendly and nice at first but I definitely was scammed. My salesperson conned us into buying more furniture and seemed like a good, solid guy but clearly was only in it for his own benefit. I am looking at other negative reviews and see the comment below posted by the store. I highly doubt that Ashley Furniture helped them after they sent their emails. I have not been helped at all. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED AND LOSE MONEY.
