I bought a ring from Amanda at this store. The service counter person seemed much more interested in simply making a sale than in helping me. She told me she would call and find out about the ring about a month ago, and she has not called me back yet. Trying to pay on the website is a joke. When we were at the store, Amanda put my birth date into the computer wrong, causing me to be unable to log into the website. After talking to customer service on the phone, I was finally able to get the information correct, however the website told me my account was locked due to too many attempts to log in.
I was sold the ring at 0% interest for 12 months, and told by the saleswoman that I could put the balance on a credit card at the end of the 12 months. When the first bill came, there was a billing fee and an account maintenance fee that were add in, without mention during the transaction. Also, there is no option to pay with a credit card on the website.
