We needed 25 window screens repaired on our home. We contacted 3 local companies and ONLY American Window and Door Company came to our home to correctly measure and give us a quote for re screening and repair of all of our window screens. We were given price options, and chose to remove and reinstall the repaired screens ourselves. The process was simple, and our screens were ready to be picked up within a week, as promised. 3 of our screens were bent beyond repair, so they were completely rebuilt at no additional cost. The entire staff is so professional and helpful! We could not give a higher rating (but we would, if we could!)

Called a couple of months ago, made an appoiment and had to cancel and said we would call at a later date. Life got in the way. It happens. Girl on the phone recognized who I was and got snippy with me lecturing me about never giving them a call back. Look, if I am calling the company you work for to pay you hard earned money to do a job that you do every day, I expect not to get a snippy attitude and a lecture. Life happens. And for another thing, if the client says they want to be at their home when you are performing a service don't try to convince them to let yall come out at a time when the client is uncomfortable. Makes your buisness sound pushing and it's a turn off from using yall as a glass repair company of choice.
