Reliably Bad I needed a part number for a $20 part. I called and hit the "Parts Lookup" option. I was connected to a guy who proceeded to demand all sorts of irrelevant information about Philips equipment at my facility, serial number, ID numbers, etc. I kept trying to say I had called for a part number so I could place an order for the part. This didn't dissuade him in the least. I was then told that someone would call me back. Two hours later I received field engineer who insisted that I had requested a service call, which was to be performed only after first giving a P.O. for the minimum $1,400 charge. I cancelled the call. I tried once more, this time refusing to give any serial numbers or other identifying information about Philips equipment. Two hours later I received the same demand from the same Philips FE. AllParts apparently doesn't sell parts anymore, and certainly nothing under $1,400, even if it's a light bulb. UPDATE: I received a call from Allparts. She said she would fix this problem and it wouldn't happen again. That's all I ask for, making it right when there is a problem.
