All Natural Lawns & Landscape

I am disappointed to have to write this but we have had a horrible experience after having our shrub beds re-landscaped by All Natural Lawns. I know that they use all organic products which is great, however; we were told that we wouldn't have weeds for quite a while after our beds were completed. It couldn't have been further from the truth. Our beds have been infested with weeds and it is more work to maintain than before we used their services. We also had shrubs not make it and they won't guarantee replacement of them either unless all of their services are used. Well, if they had great customer service we would possibly still be using them; however, they do not. It takes days for phone calls or emails to be returned. They always want to send someone out, which takes days for them to actually come out, then days for them to get back to you with a plan. Don't bother scheduling and getting a job performed quickly either, that takes months. We have been extremely disappointed with our experience and can not in good conscience recommend them to anyone.
