Alexandria Kabab Gyro & Pizza

I ordered through grubhub and my food was never delivered. I called them directly and the guy who answered sounded like i'd just woke him up then he lied and said someone tried to deliver but i didnt answer. I was sitting near my window that faces my street the entire time while i was working and not one car drove by during that time frame. He told me i would have to contact grubhub, which i did, but my money was never refunded.
