Today was the worst experience I have ever experienced at any store. Jazmine 46683938 was extremely rude and unprofessional. Soon as my friend and I walked in the store she comes screaming "bag check bag check a handbag is missing do you have it let me check". My friend and I hand over all of our belongings and she checks all of them. By this time the entire store is looking at us and we are very embarrassed at this point. She throws us back our things and just walk off. Never said if she found anything or apologized. We changed our mind about buying the purses and left. I ended up coming back and buying the purse anyway. Soon as I walk in she goes "oh your back" . I asked her for an apology and her response was "For What? Get out my store". Jazmine then began cussing and trying to fight. I will NEVER be back to the store and I don't have any plans on shopping with Aldo's again until you guys have your customer service together.
