The nurses are wonderful the extra perks are very nice like heated blankets etc. but the billing is very bad refused to bill my secondary insurance when my insurance ask them to resubmit the claim they would not sued me my insurance spent 7 hours trying to pay them. Paid them more than the amount owed then they tried to say I owed more and tried to get the attorney to take me to court for a amount that was never billed. Get your amounts in writing before you agree to the surgery. I was told 3 times that my insurance had agreed to pay the remainder of my balance and they had just a person in billing refused to submit the claim. I really hate this because I like my Dr and will have to have another surgery soon I'll have to go somewhere else.
