ADS Security Clarksville

Purchased system in July. The salesman was very friendly and kind. When technician came he also was prompt and professional. The home had a current system in place when we purchased it in June. Within two months we had malfunctioned new equipment, two visits to correct. Within 4 months numerous sensors failed due to battery issues. It’s a new system, but they didn’t check the sensors currently in place at install. After being woke two mornings in a row at 3:45 am with countless sensor failures I called into the help center- I even asked if we would be charged when she assured me a technician would respond and correct. Received a bill for $350.00! Speechless! I knew this had to be a mistake! No - when I called I was told it was for the technician and replaced sensors. I paid to install a system, a year of monthly payments upfront. I asked for a call from the manager, owner or CEO did not hear from him instead The salesman responded, kind as always he said that the manager said to fix the problem by adding new sensors. We discussed adding their cameras, but the quote was out of my comfort zone. I was told someone would call to come and correct the issues and replace sensors, we also added the insurance for future mechanical issues - this was before Christmas and I’ve yet to see anyone! I did however get billed again. I would kindly like to speak with the General Manager, CEO or owner if anyone at ADS reads my review.
