Buying a home is stressful enough as a first time home buyer, throughout this process I was disrespected by James Cannata on multiple occasions, he purposely hung up on me and claimed to "not have time for me". I was under contract and had a lot invested into my decision to buy a house. The interest rate that was originally discussed with me was not honored, I missed my first closing date and almost lost my whole investment because no one ever contacted me to let me know I would not be closing on time. James was rude and disrespectful throughout my entire loan process. The only reason I still did business with Acopia was because I was under contract and they had already started with my loan. I Tryed getting the name and number of James supervisor and was told that James does not have one and is the branch manager... I'm pleased that I was able to get approved for my home loan and thanks to daisy (processor) for staying on top of everything and for keeping me informed, daisy was great
