I have a vacation rental business and Shirley cleaned one of my units for me in between guests briefly. After only about two months of doing business with her, no one showed up in between guests as scheduled. My guests were livid because they showed up to a dirty home and rightfully so. I had to get someone else out there after hours on short notice and refund my guests money for the inconvenience costing me $1,000 in revenue. Not only did she not show up, the way she handled it was unprofessional and unethical. She is unorganized, unprofessional and does not know how to properly manage a business. When you make a mistake like this, you do what you can to make it right. She didn't even try.
