I love this place! New people are welcomed, and the atmosphere is very calming and peaceful. The teachers are really exceptional. I had tried a yoga class in another city before, and it was nowhere near the level of teaching I get here. Things are explained really well so that there is no confusion and you get a solid foundation to develop on. The rates are very reasonable. I look forward to my classes here all week long. Great place for beginner classes if you've been wanting to try yoga. Get a class with Aretha if you can!
