I want to say this, I have used this company for the past six months or more, three times at least, and Travis and Nino, excellent workers, Keith does a good job, provided he has help. This last time, furniture broke, I had less furniture than the previous months, the owner knew how much I had, sent them with a small truck, so it was not packed good, cost me $700.00, to move from one storage unit to another one, two days of work, and this is what I was left with, and not everything fit, had to hire someone else the next weekend for $300.00 dollars to get the rest of the furniture in, and this was a bigger storage unit, due to things not being packed properly, furniture was broke, I have in writing they had insurance, and now NOTHING, no insurance, it was a lie I guess, I waited for two days as they said a repairman was coming, NO ONE SHOWED UP!!!
